What Mentor Me is

Mentor Me is a mentorship management platform operated by Ravvis Media, a digital marketing agency based in Accra, Ghana. Organisations use it to run mentoring, coaching and early careers programmes.

Who can use it

Mentor Me is for registered organisations and the administrators, mentors and mentees they invite. Users must be 18 years or older.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for your account.

1. Keep your login details secure and private.
2. Provide accurate information about yourself and your organisation.
3. Do not share your account with anyone else.

Acceptable use

Everyone on the platform is expected to behave professionally.

1. Do not harass, threaten or harm other users.
2. Do not share other users' data outside the platform.
3. Do not misuse the AI assistant or the CV Clinic.

Intellectual property

Mentor Me and the platform belong to Ravvis Media. Organisations own their programme data and the content they upload.

Video sessions

Video sessions use LiveKit infrastructure. Audio and video are transmitted through LiveKit servers to enable the call. Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly enabled by the organisation.

Limitation of liability

Mentor Me is a platform service. Ravvis Media is not responsible for the content of mentorship conversations or the outcomes of any mentorship relationship formed through the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
