How to run Mentor Me for your organisation

Everything an admin needs to run a thriving programme, in eight steps.

1. 1

   Register your organisation

   Click Register your organisation on the home page and fill in the two step form. We approve most orgs within a business day and email your organisation code.

2. 2

   Invite your mentors and mentees

   Share the organisation code with your community. Mentors and mentees sign up with that code and appear in your Members list right away.

3. 3

   Pair mentors and mentees

   Open Pairings and match people manually, or open the shortlist and let mentees pick from a curated set of mentors.

4. 4

   Post announcements and jobs

   Broadcast programme updates from Announcements. Add opportunities to the Jobs board so members see them without leaving Mentor Me.

   Moderate resources

   New uploads land in a Pending queue. Approve, hide or remove anything with one click, so the feed stays high quality.

6. 6

   Publish courses and quizzes

   Create courses with modules, lessons and quizzes. Certificates are issued automatically when a mentee completes a course.

7. 7

   Watch analytics

   The Analytics tab shows engagement, pairings and a live map of member locations, so you can spot where to invest more support.

8. 8

   Subscribe when ready

   Choose Spark, Grow, Thrive or Legacy from Settings, Subscription. Card and mobile money are both supported.
